The correct answer is a fish trap.
The fish swim in via the bottom, but cannot escape. The cross at the top helps the fisherman remove his catch.

ReplyDeleteIs it a fish trap - the end with the red is open in the water - the other end allows the smaller fish to escape - they tie the end when a fish is caught so it doesn't escape
